PLEASE make sure you enter a full & correct shipping address when ordering. If the address is incomplete or inaccurate we cannot issue a refund or replacement for failed delivery.
• Return policy – Returns not accepted. However if there is an issue with your order, please let us know and we will do everything we can to correct it. PHOTO PROOF REQUIRED ScottBoullion@hardcandyslides.com
• Cancellation policy — Order must be cancelled within 24hrs of purchase.
• Cold Packs -- Cold packs are highly recommended during the hotter months (June - September). Please make sure to add them to your order during this time frame to ensure your candy arrives in good condition. If your order is placed during these months and without a cold pack, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive unmelted and will NOT issue a refund or replacement. If you don't see the Cold Packs available for purchase, this means they’re not recommended at that time. If you've purchased the cold pack, and your candy arrives melted, please send PHOTO(S)to ScottBoullion@hardcandyslides.com and we will get a replacement sent out ASAP.
• Tracking -- You will receive an email when your order ships that will contain your USPS tracking number. If tracking shows that your order was delivered, we will NOT be responsible for lost, or stolen packages.
